In order to book and reserve your event/wedding date a non-refundable deposit is required with a completed signed contract. This is to secure your date and will be deducted from your total balance.

Trials are an important session for me to get to know you as a client and to have a better understanding of your vision. Things such as the colors of your wedding, dress, and style will definitely help us create your dream look. During the trial you can expect us to go over your skin type, colors, lashes and small details of your makeup. This also helps to see before hand if there are any trouble shooting areas we need to focus on etc. You are more than welcome to bring a picture for inspiration of what you are looking for.

Trials run approx. 1 hour for each service, and will not exceed 2 hours for both hair and makeup. Trial fees are separate and not included in the investment cost. Please send an email should you had additional questions.

Once you have filled out the contract and have submitted the deposit, you will have up to 2 months before your wedding date to do any contract amendments. This includes adding or taking away number of services (cannot change the 4 person minimum or contract is voided), changing location of getting ready and or changing of time. I will reach out and touch bases with you 1-2 months before your wedding date to finalize all details.

Covid 19 Policy:

Jennifer Le Makeup and her staff members work very hard to limit their clients exposure and go above and beyond to sanitize everything to keep you safe! Your artists/stylists will be wearing a mask and/or face shield at all times during your service. All sanitation and precautions have been made in accordance with the State Board of Maryland Cosmetology and CDC.  Please note the following restrictions must be followed by both client, wedding party and stylist per the Maryland State Board of Cosmetology:

• If anyone has a fever or feels unwell, you may not receive any services.
• Temperature checks will may be administered prior to services.
• Only the people receiving services, may be in the room where services are taking place, please do not over crowd the room at one time.

Please Note- Not only are these guidelines required by the State Board of Cosmetology in Maryland, but they are good practice to keep you, your wedding party, family and our team safe. These conditions are not negotiable.

Cancellation Of event due to Covid-19 or similar pandemic

If your event/wedding is cancelled because of a government order is to shelter in place, or a ban on public gatherings, your deposit may be transferred to a new date with an expiration up to 1 year. Unless otherwise discussed you may also use the deposit as a credit towards a service.

I am so sorry that I am not available for the date you requested however I am always more than happy to refer you to other artists. I have a select few artists that I would only trust and wouldn't send clients their way if I didn't truly believe in their work. Just let them know Jennifer sent you!

I am so very excited that you have decided to book Jennifer Le Makeup for your special day! Depending on how far out your event date is I will check in periodically to see if there are any updates or anything you would like to discuss. You are always more than welcome to reach out at anytime, I am here to help to make sure your wedding day goes smoothly as possible. Closer to your wedding day approx. 1-2 months before your date I will reach out to finalize all details once more. Also 1-2 weeks prior to your date I will reach out once more to confirm all major details again such as start time, number of services, etc.

Please make sure that you have all services confirmed before signing the contract. This allows us to have a team in place for all services required. We want to be able to help move along a proper timeline and keep your special day running as smoothly as possible. We understand sometimes last minute changes can occur, please notify us as soon as you can to discuss those changes.

Most of the time other stylists will prefer you to come with day old hair, however in my case I like to work with clean dry hair. Please make sure that other than conditioner in your hair, you arrive on the event date with clean dry hair. There will not be any available blow dry services at this time. This goes for everyone in the bridal party, please do not have wet or damp hair on the day as this will greatly effect the assigned timeframe for completion of the services.

Although everyone is very different with what they are comfortable with doing, here's a suggested timeline and tasks of when to get things done by.

2-3 months before

• start a skin regiment if you haven't already done so. Remember to include exfoliating 2-3 a week with a good cleanser to remove any impurities, followed by a toner and a good moisturizer. Don't forget those lips, doing something as simple as a lip scrub or a good lip sleeping mask will make a world of a difference once lipsticks are applied. This is especially true if you prefer to have a matte lip versus a glossed lip.

1 month before

• Book yourself at least 2 facials, not only will it help you relax there are loads of benefits to making sure all your pores are clean etc.

1 week before

• have eyebrows cleaned and shaped

24-48 hours before

• make sure you get plenty of rest and drink lots of water
• leave the rest up to us and we will make sure that you look and feel your absolute best!
